The press conference for the presentation of the Women's Euro Cup Final-Four was held at the "Sala Predonzani" of the Palazzo della Presidenza delle Regione Friuli Venezia Giulia, attended by numerous institutional and sports authorities. This final phase of the prestigious continental club competition will take place at the "Bruno Bianchi" Natatorium in Trieste on April 13th and 14th, with free entry.
Featuring four teams and over 120 participants, the event attracts global attention to Trieste and sees Pallanuoto Trieste engaged both as the organizing entity and as a competing team. The city's bid to host the Euro Cup final phase was a collaborative effort. Pallanuoto Trieste, in partnership with Promoturismo FVG and proudly bearing the logo "Io Sono FVG," worked alongside Federnuoto, which provided the "Bruno Bianchi" facilities, in synergy with the Municipality of Trieste and the Region Friuli Venezia Giulia. This joint effort resulted in European Aquatics, the European Aquatics Federation managing the tournament, officially awarding the organization to the city and Pallanuoto Trieste.
The most anticipated events are scheduled for Saturday, April 13th, and Sunday, April 14th. On Saturday, a press briefing with European Aquatics delegates will be held at 11:30 am, followed by matches in the afternoon. The semifinal between Pallanuoto Trieste and De Zaan (Netherlands) will commence at 5:30 pm, followed by another semifinal between Plebiscito Padova and BVSC (Hungary) at 7:30 pm. On Sunday, the third-place playoff will take place at 3:30 pm, followed by the final match at 5:30 pm.
