Italian Cup

The 2025/2026 Italian Cup was played in a Final Four format, featuring the top four teams at the end of the regular season: Pro Recco Waterpolo, AN Brescia, RN Savona and CN Posillipo. The trophy was won by Pro Recco Waterpolo, who defeated RN Savona 13-7 in the final.
